Paracetamol and the future...

In the future when I become a pharmacist, I'd obviously recommend paracetamol for most people. It is also the safest drug of choice for pain relief during pregnancy as compared to other drugs for pain relief that have dentrimetal side effects, for example aspirin, that interferes with feotal limb development.
I'd also love to leave a mark in the pharmaceutical industry by comming up with paracetamol chewables for both adults and children for better absorption and faster pain relief...

My use of paracetamol today...

Now as a young woman having to deal with school pressures and all other important aspects of life, it just drains me most of the time and leaves me with occassional headaches, even though I love what I do! The pressure to keep up with all my school responsibilities is something I can get by as long as I can manage to keep headaches from slowing me down when I really have to work. Thats when my paracetamol tablets come in handy, so convinient they come today in a neat blister pack that is easy to carry around.
Also the great thing is that paracetamol tablet are non-prescription medicine that is affordable and easily available and convinient to me for use on the go.
Also, to me as a woman, paracetamol is my best friend who rescues me from the agony menstrual pains each month. At least I can be able to get a good night's rest and not be distracted from my beauty sleep by pain.
The down side of paracetamol can just be that it may make me a little drowsy and sleepy when I really have to be in full swing and on the move, but weighing the pros and cons, paracetamol and me will always be best buddies...

Where I started with Paracetamol...

From an early age just like any other child, I was not immune to the common cold and flue and thats when mom always knew best to give some magic portion that had great flavours from a little bottle that was kept out of sight and out of our reach. That was paracetamol syrup...
